Ah don't know how mah journal ended up bein used ta keep mah bed upright, but it was! Ah don't even know how long it's been like that! Well better late than never, righ'?
Oh gosh, maybe Ah should int'rduce mahself. Mah name's Ellis! Wait, yew all know who Ah am, righ'? Well, if ya don't, Ah'm Ellis!

[he trails off awkwardly and seems to forget he can still be heard, so you can hear him breathing, before suddenly doodles appear on the journal. S'gotta be used fer somethin', right?]
